As requested, a second weekend edition of my Midweek Retreats

After a busy week, reward yourself with a day of yoga, relaxation, breath work and an introduction to meditation.  Delight your senses with aromatic incense, freshly squeezed juices, award-winning food, soft candlelight and comforting blankets.  The perfect way to begin your weekend.

The day starts at 10.00 AM with a welcoming drink.

You will spend the morning nurturing yourself with yoga, reconnecting with the breath, finding space and calm within yourself.

Lunch is provided by award-winning local vegetarian restaurant The Green Almond.

The afternoon will be spent doing restorative yoga and yoga nidra.

The day finishes at 3 PM.

Numbers are limited to just six.
