Bookings & Cancellation Policy:
To confirm a place on one of our workshops, payment must be made in full at time of booking.
Cancellation policy for all workshops - there are no refunds on workshops once booked.
24hr notice is required to cancel or reschedule a one-2-one appointment.
There are no refunds for missed group classes.
Please bring to your sessions:
Appropriate dress - any clothing that is comfortable and you can move freely in.
Completed health questionnaire and consent form (You only need to do this at your first session).
To help me gauge your level and provide you the teaching and health question help you may need we, at Lou Lovegrove Yoga ask you to complete a questionnaire and provide us with past and present medical history. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all personal data and circumstances are held in the strictest confidence.
We do not and will not share your information with any other persons or third parties unless requested by yourself in writing. We will hold your records for a maximum of 7 years from the last point of contact.
We also hold on file your email, phone contact and home address that will be used to notify you of any class changes. We will also use this information to contact you with new events/course/sessions that may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe at anytime from this service either by contacting me directly email@example.com or using the unsubscribe button at the end of every email you will receive from me.

Changes to Policy:
Lou Lovegrove Yoga reserves the right to make changes to this policy at anytime in order o continue to meet requirements made by Law. Any changes will be posted to the Website following the changes and you are deemed to have agreed with them following the first use of the website following these alterations.
