One-to-Ones

In a one-to-one class I tailor my 25 years of body work experience to your individual needs providing a bespoke yoga expertise. The pace, content, focus and dynamic of each class is geared towards your personal goals, fitness level and experience. The opportunity to focus on alignment, personal corrections and adjustments allows you to progress more rapidly in one class than you would in many group sessions.

 

One-to-ones are ideal for:

Beginners wanting to master the basic but fundamental Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breathing).

For more experienced practitioners wanting to refine techniques and deepen practice.

For those wanting to build confidence or experience before joining a group class.

For those seeking a class at a time convenient to them.

My skills in massage, Myofascial Release and rehabilitation are all fundamental to providing you with the best learning experience possible.  It is a privilege to connect with a client and be there the moment it all falls into place. It is a joy that makes my heart sing.
