The more tired we are, the harder it feels to get things done, and so it can seem as though projects and responsibilities are piling up on top of us.
Relax, restore, replenish and then rediscover your sparkle on this 1½ day retreat.
Join me for this special non-residential retreat beginning on Friday night. Shake off the fatigue that dulls your shine with 90 minutes of yoga, and then share a light supper with your fellow retreaters.
Return refreshed on Saturday morning for a full day: an extended yoga class followed by lunch and an afternoon of restorative yoga, relaxation and meditation. All catering is provided by the award winning Green Almond Bistro and is wheat- and dairy-free.
