Yoga Classes

Classes are suitable for all levels.  I give detailed instruction and personal attention, and I offer modifications and hands on adjustment to accommodate every student, no matter their level of experience or intention.  


Gentle / Beginners Yoga

10.30am - 11.15am


This is the first of the three classes I teach on a Monday. A gentle class which focuses on the fundamental asana postures. Breathe, stretch, restore and renew at your own pace. Numbers  are limited to eight so I have plenty of time to give personal attention.   

Yoga for All

1pm - 2.15pm


The first of two general classes where all levels are welcome and catered for.

The focus is on the breath, the connection between the mind and the body, lengthening the spine and finding space in our bodies and enjoying feeling good in our own skins…. and smiling and having fun, and relaxing in Shivasana!

Slow Yoga

10.30am - 11.45am


Breathe, stretch, restore and renew – but slowly!  Working at your own pace and ability you will move kindly and mindfully towards a less stressed, more relaxed and flexible you.  This class is suitable for all including those returning to movement after illness, injury or reduced mobility.

Step away at the end of your day. Connect with your body, breathe, stretch and relax. Suitable for those who have had some Yoga experience.
