Yoga Classes

I give detailed instruction and personal attention, and I offer modifications to accommodate every student, whatever their level of experience.

Gentle / Beginners Yoga

11.00am - 12.15pm

 

A gently paced class which focuses on the fundamental asana postures. Breathe, stretch, restore and renew at your own pace. Numbers  are limited to eight so I have plenty of time to give personal attention.   

Yoga for every body

1pm - 2.15pm

 

The focus is on the breath, the connection between the mind and the body, lengthening the spine and finding space in our bodies and enjoying feeling good in our own skins…. and smiling and having fun, and relaxing in Shivasana!

Slow / Restorative Yoga

10.30am - 11.45am

 

Breathe, stretch, restore and renew – but slowly!  Working at your own pace and ability you will move kindly and mindfully towards a less stressed, more relaxed and flexible you.  This class is suitable for all including those returning to movement after illness, injury or reduced mobility.
